Story Circles on both sides of Canberra

All are welcome to come along to one of our small gatherings of storytellers. 
In a warm, friendly atmosphere you can try out and rehearse stories. These circles are also where new members wanting to become accredited storytellers are mentored and challenged to become confident performers.

Looking for something to do with family or friends on the weekend? Come along to the CONNECT AND PARTICIPATE EXPO! Saturday 28 March, 11am – 4pm at the Old Bus Depot Markets in Kingston. We will be there to promote Storytelling and are planning to perform stories on the demonstration stage in the afternoon. Come to our stall and share a story to receive a lollipop - or find out about becoming a performance storyteller.


Entry is free, and the EXPO will provide opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to discover the wide range of groups in Canberra including sport, outdoor recreation, art/craft, music, animal groups, performing arts, special interest and hobby groups. There will be a variety of food stalls at the EXPO, and a free ACTION bus will run a loop every 20 – 30 minutes from Platform 10 on Northbourne Avenue (CIVIC) to the Old Bus Depot Markets in Kingston, between 11am to 4pm.
